Your account details, conversations you choose to save, uploaded files and their extracted text, and an audit trail of safety-system decisions. Uploaded files are never publicly accessible.

What we never do

Your health data is never used for marketing, never sold, and never shared with third parties except as required by law.

Your controls

Export all your data or delete it permanently from your dashboard. Deletion removes conversations, uploads, and health profiles; anonymized safety audit records are retained with personal identifiers removed.

Our positioning

We follow GDPR-aligned practices: data minimization, purpose limitation, and user control. We do not claim HIPAA or GDPR certification.
